Shipping & Returns

We ship items through EMS,DHL and Fedex to most countries in the world, EMS is our main courier . Most orders for in-stock items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Once we ship your package, we will send you tracking number once it available. If there is a little delay, please have more patience.

Shipping Time

Our aim is to deliver all orders within 5-10 working days of your payment being received. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, for example ordered goods is out of stock, we will email you to advise you of the likely delay. We give International express delivery worldwide which comes with an online tracking number and need a signature.

Generally, we will need 1-2 working days to process your order and arrange the shipment. Your order will be shipped out next day or on the 2nd day after the payment has gone through. During the peak periods, please allow 3-4 days for us to process your order and ship it out. Usually you can receive you order within 7-9 working days totally.

Please note that any shipping time stated on our website or given by customer service representatives are ESTIMATES only. We will do our every effort to make sure you receive the parcel in time, but we are not responsible for shipping delays, which can be affected by the shipping carrier, delivery destination, weather, holidays or incorrect/insufficient delivery information.


If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please email us at our service e-mail address within 8 hours of placing your order, but we may have to charge you a little handling fee if you cannot offer appropriate cancellation reasons. Don't worry! Even after the 8 hours, our friendly customer service will do all that we can to stop the items from being processed and/or shipped but there is no guarantee that we will be able to cancel it in time.


If you are going to send your item back for refund/exchange, please contact us first. We can only exchange shoes or refund money if you send us the item in original condition(with the original box and unworn outside).

When sending back please use recorded delivery. Please attach invoice to the box - it will help us identify you and process exchange/refund faster.

We refund cost of sending shoes for refund/exchange only if we sent size/shoes different than ordered or if we made any mistake. Otherwise the customer pays for additional delivery cost.

Please note: It's buyers responsibility to buy the correct size/colour. And we won't refund you money for additional postage cost if the shoes don't fit you or colour of the item looks slightly different than on your screen.

Computer monitors vary in their reproduction of colour. Colour you'll see on the screen depends also on your screen settings.

We do our best to provide you with best possible pictures of the product, but the colour you see on your screen may be slightly different from the real colour. While describing colour, we manufacturers description.

The same applies for size description: we always follow manufacturers description. If you have any doubts, please contact us before you buy the item


To exchange a product, you must email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions.The goods can be exchanged within 8 days of the receipt date provided they are unworn and in the original condition with all the original packaging and labels. When returning an item for an exchange, please ensure that your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated. All shipping costs associated with the exchange of goods are the responsibility of the consumer.

We strongly recommend that you use traceable shipping, as we will not be responsible for any lost parcels. For overseas orders this process can take up to 30 days.
